I am a full-time, full-service agent specializing in short sale and foreclosure properties. I haven't pigeon-holed myself into working with distressed properties, I also work with equity sellers. Although I work primarily with sellers, I am happy to work with home buyers also, especially first-timers.

I have four beliefs about my business:

1) there is no such thing as a problem that can not be solved.
2) an educated buyer or seller is a confident and happy buyer or seller.
3) I am not just an agent. I am an advisor and an advocate.
4) communication or lack thereof is a huge determining factor in the success or failure of a transaction....failed transactions are not my thing.

My hours of operation are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM and on weekends by appointment.

When I'm not at work, I enjoy time with my kids (two girls and a boy) and my dog...a little black Chihuahua named Chico. I work out 6 days a week; boxing, zumba, and a little weight lifting sometimes. I'm contemplating taking up Tae Kwon Do again. I like to travel but don't get to do it nearly as much as I'd like. I like reading, Wally Lamb is my favorite author. I'm also a forensics buff...almost to the point of obsession. I prefer forensics shows like The First 48, Crime 360, or The Investigators, not shows like CSI Miami.

Certifications: PFS Certified, CDPE, CHRE, RDCPro, 2009 PWAR Million Dollar Agent, 2008 PWAR Top Producer, resnet and reotrans/equator certified, ABR pending, taking classes for my Broker's license, taking classes to renew my Maryland license, and looking for a Fair Housing course in D.C. so that I can get my license there.

The worst thing a homeowner can do when facing foreclosure is nothing. Homeowners behind on their mortgage go through a range of emotions, shame is one of them. There is nothing shameful about falling on hard times; it can happen to anyone.

I don't know the name but we have over 700 agents in our company. We used to have well over a 1000 agents three years ago. I try to keep up with everyone in the company but it can become a little overwhelming. Thanks for the consideration and I'll do the same for your area as I lived in NOVA and attended VA Tech for college and still have many a friend in the state. Try and contact your friends manager person (I forget what their called). Thats how I got in after being put on the waiting list back in 2008. It will be up to that manager to pull you through. If your friend is one of those "secret keepers" and doesnt like to share, then call Titanium direct and find whoever is the manager in your county~ Good luck!

Titanium is organized now. I dont have that much experience with them, but opportunity knocks when it comes to short sale prospecting Im sure. Its not liek REO's where they just give you listings. (but I dont get those either) I would sign up with them again. The cost is $120 but it will pay for itself Im sure depending I guess on how many agents are signed up with them in your area. Let me know what you end up doing~
