Anyone have experience with Marix Servicing Company that represents Chase Bank?

Working on a new short sale and I was told to contact Marix Servicing for a Chase short sale where there is only one loan to process. I have processed many short sales with Chase but have never heard of them. How does it work? Do they take a cut out of the commission? If so, how much? I have heard of servicing companies taking 1% from the total 6% commission and then a .5% servicing fee ON TOP of that. Please, any suggestions or comments regarding previous or current experience with them would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't done one with them in awhile, but i'd reach out to them with a preliminary a call and do research into their short sale servicing guidelines.

Did you try to just initiate the short sale in Equator? It might be a moot point, if you start there... Good luck.

yes, i did and I was told to get in touch with servicing company
