Hi Andy, the webtool I am referring to is an escalation tool for certain Agents who Bank of America has invited to use this propriatary escalation program. If you are not aware of this escalation tool then I would have to assume they did not invite you. Certain companies already have this tool available for their agents like RE/MAX. RE/MAX also has their own dedicated 800# for their agents only for BofA support.http://realestateagent.bankofamerica.com/shortsaleescalation. If you click on this you can go and see what companies have this escalation tool available, use your user id and password it will not let you in past seeing the company list unless you have been previously invited to use this tool.
