From what I've heard, you're in a really good position to get leads from Titanium. A friend of mine stayed with them and she's closing 2 or 3 per month just from stuff they send her. I went ahead and signed back up, I'm on their waiting list. We'll see how that works out.
Titanium is organized now. I dont have that much experience with them, but opportunity knocks when it comes to short sale prospecting Im sure. Its not liek REO's where they just give you listings. (but I dont get those either) I would sign up with them again. The cost is $120 but it will pay for itself Im sure depending I guess on how many agents are signed up with them in your area.
LOL thanks...and those signs are pretty useless. How's Titanium working for you? I signed up with them back in 2007 when they initially came to VA. They were so disorganized that I ended up quitting. Shortly afterward, they got their act together but it was too late for me to jump back in....I kick myself over that decision every week lol.
