What are you using to manage your files?

    Hello everyone.

                       Been a while since I have been on here and I would like to ask a question of everyone. I currently have 30 files and 10 more coming in the next week. I'm gearing up for a minimum of 100 listings.

Currently I am a one man show with an assistant that now is down to one day a week.   I'm looking for a good way to maintain my leads, my follow up, Buyers, Sellers and of course all my listings with updates. Any ideas out there on what is a good program to use?

Locally speaking, we do 60-100 at a time.  Absolutely no software or programs.  We do things old school manually for the most part.  There is a thread in the forum or if you search around on this site there are a few different threads comparing many of the different software programs out there like short sale artisan, short sale commander ect...
