1st Prime Realty offers Real Estate Agents/Brokers a 30% Referral Fee, paid at the Close of Escrow.

How it works:

Licensed Brokers/Agents has or know a Homeowner(s) in a Financial Hardship, and no longer can

afford their home. The Broker, or Agent contacts 1st Prime Realty, and provide the Homeowners information. The Homeowner is aware that 1st Prime Realty will contact them.


1st Prime Realty will contact the Homeowner evaluate their situation, and determine if they are Qualified for a Short Sale. We start the Short  Sales process, Receive Offer, Negotiate the Sale, Open/Close Escrow the Referring Broker is paid a 30% Referral Fee on the Listing Side of the Transaction at the Close of Escrow.

Real Estate Salesperson your referral fee will be paid to the Real Estate Brokerage where your license is held, and will indicate your name on the referral agreement so you will be paid. Commission splits with your Brokerage may occur.

We only ask for 25% from agents we assign listings to.
