The learning process of Short Sales is much more than I ever anticipated, but I feel it is worth it. I am so glad I had the advice of getting the training. There is a lot of information someone should know to process a Short Sale, much of which I had no idea until recently. If there is anyone that feels they can jump right in and just do it, I am here to report there is no way you should juggle someone else's future like that, that just isn't fair. I fully support getting hands on experience, but only after you have at least participated in some type of training.

I took the NAR-SFR class yesterday and I can say there is a lot of information provided. The entire course was me reading, no voices, no-one teaching it, just me reading. It got to be very boring for me, but I was still learning. I guess I prefer either someone explaining/teaching me or at least listing to someone speak about their experience as they teach. The 1st webinar I took on Short Sales & Foreclosures was much better, it was an hour long of someone else going over exactly what I read for last 2 days. The difference was she spoke about some situations she recently encountered and that kept my attention. I plan to review the remaining webinars today, hopefully they do not include the same exact infomation. I'd like to learn everything, but not always the same repeatly.

My next step will be to join the Preferred SSSN Network and then I will be taking the course CSSG training next week. I am excited about learning from actual RE Pro's that have been working Short Sales regularly. I'm very excited about the training I have received, will be taking, and the journey I am about to experience. If you are passionate about something, then you never give up. Thanks for reading My Blog.

Until Next Time..... Teri Jo

Thanks for you comment Reynaldo.. I would love to have looked over someones shoulder, but there is no one in my area that is advertising Short Sales. I don't know of anyone working Short Sales on a regular basis in this area. So, I am thinking I am going to have to just jump right in and refer to SSSN for any questions or solutions I might need in the future. I hope I'll be able to count on everyone here when needed. Can I ask how you or the other REALTOR you learning from gets your listings? I look forward to your responds. Thanks again, Teri Jo
