This past week put to rest a short sale that was lost on Equator , had to bring BofA office of the president in and was still sent to trustee sale in March, fortunately postponed at last minute, re instated purchase offer

and finally closed last week.

This one started in early december.

I will say once I was able to get it to another negotiator BofA did work with us to move things along.

This was a short sale that had been tried a year or so earlier with another agency and was denied and the seller tried to work with BofA with other options and then brought me in late november.

Long haul for the seller. Almost 2 yrs.
