I am fairly new to Equator and trying to understand their format. They rejected and offer and said to go to BAC_HAFA and log in. I can't seem to get there. Some positive directions would more than greatly be appreciated.

I believe this is a valid question, as I have seen that message and yet the property had disappeared from my list of properties in Equator.

Frances, Bank of America wants all short sales (including HAFA short sales) to be done via their platform, Equator.  You can reach it by going to www.equator.com.  Once there you will have to set up an account. 

With regard to the email you mention, you probably received the blanket email that they sent out recently to agents trying to discourage any of us from using regular email to contact anyone at BAC to escalate when problems arise with short sale files.

if this is confusing to you, you really need to ask yourself if you are qualified to do a short sale.  Get some help from an attorney or negotiator.
