Buyer Link has been VERY tough for us, and for some time it tarnished our flawless reputation.  That is FINALLY changing quickly.  Lead volume and quality are way up.  We are phone verifying everything.  We launch our new CRM system to the public in a couple weeks, and you will then be able to not only view and manage ALL leads online, but they will be delivered to your own system as they come in each day. 

As far as areas go George, Angel knows things better than me George, for the most part I just get the phones ringing.  Preferred Partner membership and our seller assignments are what our company was founded on and will always be the program that our other programs struggle to compare to.  Again, things are improving quickly with Buyer Link.  Our team for Buyer Link and membership is literally three times the size that it was only six months ago.

Thanks Mike but they just took my payment a few minutes ago.  When you released this program on the first go around we signed up and locked up our areas but there was a lack of leads so we received a refund. We were told that there were insufficient leads but we would be put on a waiting list and be the first in line when leads become available.  What has happened since then? So will I be getting another refund for my card being charged today? I just wish I could get a straight answer from somebody because we love working with you guys and paid to be preferred partners but aren't getting treated like it. The Short Sale leads are great and we should be closing our first few this month or next. We look forward to hearing back from you.

Hi there George!  Unfortunately New Jersey is one of the few areas where we are still completely closed off for new Buyer Link agents.  Angel Bingham will keep you on the list, but we are pushing to keep the agents we have in there now covered.

 

David, you can cancel anytime.  We have MUCH better structure and organization to the Buyer Link program now and have become much more efficient at lead distribution.  We are getting everyone that joins their leads within a few days.  It is a month to month program.  We aren't in the business of NOT delivering results, as our testimonials from our preferred partners show!

You may have answered this question and I am sorry for repeating it. If I were to sign up for this and the first month passes and not buyer leads, am I charged the next month as well?

Mike, I signed up for NJ but my money got refunded because there wasn't enough leads at the time. I called several times and was told I would be first on the waiting list as soon as enough leads were available. It seems we were over looked and you already have agents in my area. Could you please steer us in the right direction? Thanks so much

Mike if we paid the fee back in Octtober do we need to pay the fee again for the registration..
