What is The Short Sale Specialist Network?

The Short Sale Specialist Network is a nationwide network of Realtors® who specialize in helping homeowners avoid a foreclosure by facilitating short sales. With the mounting housing crisis and economic meltdown, a demand for quality and experienced short sale agents surfaced several years ago. Our organization was founded out of Jacksonville, FL in 2008 as part of First Coast Realty Associates, a licensed Real Estate Brokerage Company. The Short Sale Specialist Network has since connected thousands of homeowners in hardship with screened, local short sale Realtors®.

2010 marked a season of rapid growth for The Short Sale Specialist Network. Spearheading this growth in January 2010 was the start our agent social networking site, www.TheShortSaleGuide.com , which has quickly evolved into the largest network of experienced short sale agents in the country with over 9,000 members strong. For agents who work short sales, this site serves as the most valuable asset on the Internet for short sale resources, information and listing assignments. Shortly after the launch of www.TheShortSaleGuide.com in April 2010 we launched our training designation, Certified Short Sale Guide (CSSG) , which provides an affordable online short sale training course for agents, as well as our members only private resource website and tracking portal. The Short Sale Specialist Network continues to equip agents with the tools and resources to confidently work short sales, and connect homeowners in financial hardship with screened and experienced local short sale agents.
