We have been under contract since April 5th on a CASH offer with Chase on an FHA Short Sale.
We have already been given a verbal approval on the offer and all terms by all parties.
We are schedule to close Monday, September 30th, but we can't get anyone at Chase to give us an Approval Letter.
The person we have been given as a contact is titled "Listing Assistant Specialist" and she has not responded to numberour phone calls and e-mail over the last 3.5 weeks.
