- Meir Benzaquen is a 10 year veteran of the New York Real Estate Industry. He is an Investor, Property Manager, Experienced Broker, and Realtor. Meir has been licensed since 2002 and involved in the sales and marketing of Real-Estate Owned (REO) and estate properties since 2003. He is experienced in contract negotiations, financing, has extensive knowledge of the real estate industry, market trends, and current market activity.
Throughout his career, Meir has leased thousands of square meters of office space and thousands of apartments throughout New York City. He is highly regarded within the industry for his professional acumen and focusing on the needs of both tenant and investor.
Since its establishment in 2002, The Search D & M Inc has grown from just a few agents to over 35 agents and became the premier boutique residential firm in New York City. In the summer of 2005, Meir launched Citispot Realty Inc, his second Real Estate office in prime Manhattan.
