Bank Of America Approval Net To Lender
Hello All,FINALLY got approval from Bank of America after 7 months. The net to BAC required on the Approval Letter is $1200 more than the actual Net will be because they used a HUD with closing date of April 30. I provided negotiator with updated HUD with later closing date when we did not close on April 30.
