Help Ocwen Issues Extending Short Sale

Help Ocwen approved a short sale.  We asked for an extension on it for an extra week.  They say they will give it,  A week later we are told sorry you you need to offer higher you have been denied. I talk to the department in india and all i get is a succession of indians who read me the same scripted notes.  "Yes I understand Mr. Morris.  However you will have to submit a higher offer"  They then can't tell you how much higher to offer.  They can't tell you anything helpful except you will…See More

Has anyone done a deal with OCWEN?  On their forms it states commissions cant exceed 4%, is this true?

Thank you for reaching out to me on this. Who is your negotiator? What can you tell me about the borrowers situation? My liaison actually can only be contacted by my company because it is a volume based assignment so if I gave you her information she wouldn't respond because she actually has to keep a log of all the tasks that she completes for us. By the sounds of your situation it looks like you have already received your approval. If that is the case it may be too late or you might have to have your negotiator send it to the investor again for their approval which will null and void your current approval anyways.
