- Todd Heilesen is an experienced, bilingual real estate professional. He has a passion for real estate, whether it's finding the perfect home for the buyer, or marketing (not just listing) a home to get top dollar for the seller. Originally from Connecticut, Todd has lived in Arizona since 1996 and is very familiar with the “Valley of the Sun”. He is an REO Default Certified Professional and Master Short Sale Consultant. He has been a multi-million dollar producer every year since 2004. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Todd was a Marketing Professional with a Fortune 500 company. He holds a BA Degree from Brigham Young University and an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird. Todd is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Portuguese.
