Are These Guys Going through a transistion?

 I've been working on a short sale with Met Life since 10/2010.  BPO completed January 2011.  I'm now on my 5th buyer, because it takes so long to get an updated approval letter with the name of the new buyer. Trustee sale has been postponed  4 times.
