Tim is President of the REO / Short Sale Department at Hines & Associates Realty. He has a strong knowledge of the REO process (9 YEARS) from his prior experiences with: auctions, evictions, lock outs, cash for keys, property valuation, trash outs, maintenance, repairs, closing/settlement, and status reports.
Tim provides a weekly update on all of his listings to each seller. Tim makes all of this happen with state-of-the-art technology, including a Blackberry that makes Tim accessible any time of the day, advanced software, digital camera, Flip Video, internet access, email, scanner, closing coordinator, and a personal assistant.
Since entering the real estate profession over 9 years ago, he averages over 75 transactions per year. During his spare time he enjoys bike riding, jet skiing, playing with his dog “Eddie”, and traveling. Tim was born and raised in Dothan, Alabama. Tim’s father is 90 years old and is one of the last Pearl Harbor survivors in Alabama. His mother is much younger than his father and was raised on a cotton / peanut farm with 6 other siblings in Dothan.
