Working with Wells Fargo on a couple of short sales that do not have offers yet.  They are asking for a marketing plan.  Anyone one out there have an  outline they are using for this type of request.

"It is FHA.  Any contact information you have would be great.  Have escalated it at least a half dozen times in the last 10 months, and have found a supervisor but they have been of little help."

BAC - SHORT SALE ADDENDUM

I have been working with Bank of America on a short sale since January 2011. They were all ready to approve in April but we were waiting for a Motion to Sell from the Bankruptcy Court (client is in Chpt 13).  Had to start the process all over again.Here is the catch, the buyers are distant relatives of the seller. Since reintiating the short sale BAC has adopted a new short sale addendum that has "arms length" clause.  I have checked with a Real Estate Attorney and Title Companies, it is not…See More

Do Short Sale Negotiators have to be licensed Real Estate Agents?

I am a licensed Real Estate Agent that has been working short sales for the past 4 years. Besides my own short sales I also do short sales for other agents. The questions has been asked of me if a person has to be a Licensed Real Estate Agent or Attorney to do a short sale. I guess I don't know the answer for sure, is it state specific?
