BAC Pre-approved Price Short Sale

I started focusing all my attention on short sales around September of 2007 at the venerable firm of Coldwell Banker because the writing on the wall wasn't really that hard to read (unless you believe in NAR or CAR hype).

The SFR designation is a joke. Tim Harris' trainings are always spot on.

Additionally, I am a big fan of the Chapmans (Sean, and Ryan and Trent) and Lee Honish (only for those who view short sales as a full contact/take no prisoners sport), Josh Cantwell and Greg Clements, and Jeff Watson and Ron Ballard. Of course I can't leave out Chris McLaughlin and Nathan Jurewitz.

The bottom line is, whether it is because I like the feeling of knowing I can get a homeowner out of their problem, or whether I just have a dysfunctional need to always win and be right, I put more into short sales than I did as a CPA. While real estate requires only the most minimal of training, the continuing education component of working in short sales is constant.

Is a one hour webinar worth the time if you know 99% of what was presented? It really depends how good that one new idea is. :)

Last thought:
Seriously, who put 'country' as a question in this sign up form? Could there really be that many other countries (Canada perhaps? The U.K?) where they are doing short sales? Could speaking English be a root cause of the problems that created short sales? :)

'No Record' of Trustees Sale Number?

Has anyone experienced after an NOD is issued,and your working on the short sale, when you go to check the status at the trustee's sale info line or on their website and enter the TS #, 'no record found'?

It's been happening more frequently to me.  I just wonder where the number goes.  Is it lawful to then record a NTS - if the trustee was acting like there was no NOD?
