Saxon

I had a short sale through Saxon.  They asked for docs and docs from me and my Sellers.   In the end, they wanted the sellers to contribute money toward the purchase offer.  Saxon asked for seller contribution because the husband made too much money.  I submitted 5 offers and they did not take any of them.  The house is still empty and has not been relisted.
