"Submit it and see if the lender is willing to forgive the deficiency. Honestly, until you start the process, you will not know what the possibilities are."

My broker has a 2nd home/investment home they have been attempting a loan mod on for 4 months. He is willing to do a short sale if he can get the deficiency forgiven. I am curious if their is anyway possible to accomplish this?  Thank you in advance for your answers. Rhett AllenHot Spot Investments See More

I am looking to become the ultimate go to person for all real estate needs, either through networking or past and future clients.



I have been involved in real estate one way or another for 10+ years. Although I have been a Realtor for 5 years, the many experiences that I have encountered along the way give me great expertise in the listing and selling of any property. I have had a part in real estate transactions ranging from $100,000.00 to $100,000,000.00+ in residential, commercial and investments. Originally from the San Francisco bay area, I have been associated with many diverse people from executives,doctors,sporting & music industry clientele.


When my family relocated to Salt Lake City, Utah, it was a great culture shock to say the least. After residing in the area for a number of great years and establishing myself as the go to realtor, my family and I relocated to the St. George, Utah area. This is a great town where the winters are mild and the summer heat is less than Las Vegas and Phoenix. Lower in population which gives a great small town feel. I am located roughly an hour and a half from Las Vegas, and 4 hours from Salt Lake City, gambling life and casinos are located approx. 30 miles away. Great golfing along with a growing population of all ages including retirees, gives the community great potential for growth. I currently have my wonderful wife Sarah and my son Gable to keep me company in this beautiful setting. With red rock, hiking, mountain biking , Zions National Park, the Arches, and Lake Powell very close by this is truly a melting pot for the future.
