Does anyone have contact information for BB&T escalations department or anyone in management we can escalate an issue to?   We are trying to get an extension to close until June 4th and the negotiator will not grant it.. It's insane as we are not asking for a foreclosure extension, just an extension to close because loan had to go back through underwriting and we won't have a clear to close until next Tuesday... Would appreciate any contact information you can provide. thanks!See More

Help! Need to escalate short sale denial

Does anyone have any contact information for management, VP, President somebody important at Citi?  After grueling months of finally getting an approval from Citi and then waiting on 2nd lender approval with Suntrust and finally getting 2nd lender approval Citi is denying the short sale.. We had an approval letter just two months ago that expired the end of June, but we had to wait on 2nd lender approval.. "You can ask for an extension.. If the buyer is getting a loan they need 30 to 45 days to obtain the loan.. WElls should grant you an extension.. I have done it several times in the past."
