Hello It's been quite a long time since I've been on here, just very busy. My question is one I have tried to research for a while now. I'm looking at over 100 files in the pipeline and want to hire a Virtual Assistant to help with the processing. I know of several companies that have VA's doing "Real Estate specific" jobs. The job list that many sites have do not give great responses on the VA's. They are always short and sweet like "Job done fast" "Knows how to handle a file" etc…See More

Hello everyone. Been a while since I have been on here and I would like to ask a question of everyone. I currently have 30 files and 10 more coming in the next week. I'm gearing up for a minimum of 100 listings.Currently I am a one man show with an assistant that now is down to one day a week. I can not. It's a program that I punch in the numbers and it spits out the report to submit to the bank. Just do a search for one, there are plenty out there. I had mine customized for me and my team.
