Hi Patti:

 

I sold 22 homes last year and half of them were short sales. I don't think I have ever had a BofA short sale not close with only one loan and maybe two in the last 4 years that did not close because of seconds that wanted a big seller contribution.

I submit the short sale myself through equator and work directly with the negotiator. I like having direct access with the negotiator so I can push the file along. Is your seller eligible for the HAFA program?
