Switching to short sale from existing loan modification application?
Have you seen this? Can it be done in practice? What are the hazzards?One broker told me that this is a very difficult subject for the owner/ seller/ borrower because if for a short sale they they declared and proven to be in financial disstress than try to switch to loan mod they have to change their story and all of the sudden now prove that they have 3 times the monthly mortgage payments income coverage.See More
