Typical initial ShortSale acceptance letter from lenders / Chase?

How many days do the typical lender , especially Chase, give you to accept , reject or counter offer lender's initial counter offer to your offer?  Howe many points/ items  of terms and conditions does the lender, especially Chase have in their written counter offer?
