I spoke with a Radian( M.I. company) asset manager today. My area is Hudson Valley, NY. Last week I was told that they wanted a $25000 note or "NO DEAL". I initiated a call and after speaking with the asset manager today.. and after some negotiating, they reduced it to $20,000. The reasoning for requiring this amount, I am told, is that the seller has other debt that he is paying so why not pay Radian also.
