BOA Quality Control Timeline
On Monday 16 Jan 12 the listing agent on our BOA short sale relayed this message to us "file is now in quality control after that it will go to executive management for review". We were told by agent “we should have the approval letter before the end of the week and would we be ready to close by 31 Jan 12?” We have been hearing this same line almost every week since the 10th of Oct 11(our offer was submitted on 8 Aug 11).
