I have been a realtor since 2004. Prior I owned a hardware store for 22 years and was our cities Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals for 12 years. I have been successful in residential real estate. When the market turned, many of my friends found themselves in short sale positions on their homes. Because of this I have become a "go to" person for short sales.
