"How do you get to management. I actually went to the top. They opened an investigative file only to call 2 weeks later and suggest that I call the Short Sale Dept. I am to the point that I may stop taking listings where B of A is the lender."

"I have what B of A calls a private label loan that cannot be entered into Equator. I was instructed to submit by fax. Once the package gets to a negotiator, it is rejected because it should be entered into Equator."

Any experience with a 2nd with 21st MTG

I have a 73% payoff with the first. The 2nd, 21st, wants a 73% as well about 16,000. The first has offered 2500. 21st is willing to foreclose. Will not entertain a promissory. No funds available from seller or buyer. Any thoughts?
