I have had a property on the market and received no offers until we adjusted the price. We received an offer which was low and the seller signed off on it. 4 days later we received a CASH offer 20K more, which is not signed by the seller. The original lower offer was not submitted to the bank due to some corrections on the contract then we had the holiday and banks were closed. So my question to you is what should I do?
