B of A not paying vendors for appraisers
I had an appraisal done last Thursday. The appraiser called me Monday and said report was ready, but he would not send because IAS owed his company more than $20,000 in back fees and had sent his firm an email stating they did not know when they would be paid, as B of A had not paid AIS. I emailed & called mgmt, neg etc. OMG a check for $11,000 was sent overnite to Appraiser and he sent his report in yesterday. These invoices that were paid were more than 90 days old.
