I had my lawyer draw up a short sale service fee agreement. It's disclosed to the Sellers at the time of the listing, and included with all the disclosures I send to Buyers and in the short sale offer instructions I send to any agents looking at my listings. Is there a way to communicate off-line? I'd be happy to share it. It's specific to Colorado, but I truly think it's the best way to get PAID for what we do. I have, literally, thousands invested in training and I get the job done. Why shouldn't I get paid?
