Thank you for taking the time to read a little about me and my team. I hope to give you the information you need to make a good choice for the real estate professional you hire to represent you and your home during the sales process. Choosing a real estate professional really involves two primary considerations... First, the experience and ability the agent or broker has in dealing with real estate issues. Second, what actual MARKETING ability and experience does the person or team offer.
I hope you will find in reading here and in talking with me that my team and I not only have years of experience and advanced knowledge but that we are also truly a MARKETING company. That is what most home sellers are really looking for... a marketing program that will get their home SOLD! That is why I think the marketing and sales tools an agent uses are so important. The real estate experience and knowledge, problem solving skills, etc are also VERY important... but those skills can really only come into play AFTER we find a buyer that wants to purchase your home...
With that in mind I have structured a real estate team and marketing programs to maximize your homes chances for success...and by success I mean get it SOLD!
* The team concept itself is essential in real estate today. There are just too many things to do and keep track of for just one person to do effectively. Not to say that a "solo" agent is not a good person or even that they are not a good agent... but the reality is that no matter how good they are they just can not stay on top of and/or be an expert in all that is involved in making your home sale possible. With the team we have specialists that focus on each area of the process. I focus on sellers, contract negotiation, problem solving and generating buyers. We have others that specialize in working exclusively with home buyers. Another team member takes care of the administration, paperwork and monitoring to make sure all the marketing is in place. A team member takes care of ensuring that everything goes as smoothly as possible and not thing falls through the cracks from the time we get an offer until we get to the closing table.

We are pretty casual but very good at what we do and have found that most of our clients like that we are more approachable and "real" while at the same time being the best at what we do.
If by chance you are in financial distress then we offer specialized training and experience in that area as well. As sad as it is there are thousands of home owners in our area that for one reason or another can not say current on their mortgage payments. We have years of experience and several certifications that allow us to better serve your needs in selling a home when you are behind on payments and/or it is less than what you owe on the home.

Whoever started the group can edit and change out the photos as well.

Its a little tricky, as if its not a "square" shaped image sometimes it doesn't show up correctly. Re/Max group is definitely still around!!

Mark I think we already have a group for re/max on here. EVERYONE on here is a short sale agent, so It would probably be overkill!!
