- I'm an owner and Phase I Processor for a short sale company called Help You Short Sell, Inc. I process short sale documentation on behalf of seller's and their agents. Agents have time to take on more listings, and homeowners can avoid foreclosure. NO FEEES. We don't get paid unless the short sale closes, just like an agent. What have you got to lose? Most of our short sale receive approval within 30-45 days of submission, sometimes faster!
