WHAT? A trust is the buyer and all trust docs were verified in the initial phase. Without notice, our file was closed Thursday. No call no email. I went to upload my final HUD-1 for approval and noticed my file was missing. I called and was told the following:The file was reviewed in closing and it was determined that JOHN DOE trustee of the XXX trust and XXX trust and not eligible to purchase this asset.What? Anyone else have this issue?See More
