- I have worked in real estate for over 11 years and love what I do. I work very hard to help clients obtain the goal of home ownership. I work as a REO agent for OWB/Indymac Bank as well. I believe in being honest with my clients so that they can make the best decision possible. Every year I am a top producer closing many deals.
As a listing agent, my extensive marketing plan gives the homeowner an opportunity to get top dollar for their property. Going global via the internet sets me apart from the other agents, with highly concentrated advertising to all main portals and search engines. I use many sites to market my listings for the maximum exposure.
As a buyers agent, I have a lot of business relationships with many other agents and brokers which allows me to get more offers accepted than the average agent. I pride myself on good business relationships which works to my advantage. I and honest with my clients and I make sure they understand fully the process of buying and the worst case scenarios to help them make the best choice.
Short Sales! I have closed many short sales. I know this process can be frustrating for both the sellers and the buyers. This process can take from a few weeks to many many months. I am here to help you through the process and keep my clients fully updated at all times.
