Home sellers: I've learned that no matter what the real estate market says,it takes the same three things to sell-Presentation,Promotion and Price. Just price your house right against your local competition and you'll be able to sell it in a reasonable amount of time. Some of the things that I will do according to my EXIT 84 point upgrade marketing plan includes..
•Give your house its own dedicated website which prevents it from getting lost in the high number of listings on the average home.
•Increase your home's appeal to home buyers by using a professional home stager to stage your home. He/she will come in and spend a couple of hours helping you get your home ready for the home buyer. This wouldn't cost you anything-It is part of my service.
•I will also take beautiful pictures of the exterior and interior of your staged house,do a virtual tour of your house and post it online on both of my websites,blogs and other websites to enhance the chances of a home buyer finding and buying your house.
•Keep you informed of the activity that you are getting from your house by calling you twice a week to give you an update.
