The borrower calls GreenTree (2nd lien), to see if they will accept a short sale. The negotiator says that they will not approve a short sale unless they are current on their loan. they are currently 2 months behind. Has anyone run into this? The 1st lien is with Flagstar and they are willing to do a short sale. but GreenTree will not, any advice? Thanks in advance!Lan NHouston, TXSee More
