Beach & Forest Realty as of 09/01/11. First licensed in 1987 I came back into real estate early 2007 specifically to learn distressed market and specialize listing distressed properties. Countless class hours, attending seminars & doing 100's of Bpo's, in 2008 I started listing Reos. By the end of 2009 short sales were starting to get accepted in my area by a few lenders but the majority of lenders weren't on board yet. Expanding my business in 2010 to also include short sales just made sense!
