SS approved at 240k. Seller can't come up with 5K to bring to closing. SS expired on 05/06. 05/20 New buyer all cash $245, Realtors cut commission in half. Contract signed. Proof of funds etc. Ready to close. How can we get up-dated approval with new buyers info immediately? Banks net is up over 5K.
