Hi Ken, I was wondering if you had any luck with doing a short sale for your client who rented out his property and relocated out of state? Seriously, I am asking out of curiosity, I hope you were able to a short sale, there didn't seem to be any reason why not, aside from homeowner not choosing it and/or the bank denying it. I know it was converted to investment property but that is not an absolute reason to deny it.
