For the past 20 years I have strived to make the process of buying or selling Real Estate in New Jersey less stressful and complicated. There are many elements of a smooth transaction.

I dedicated the first years of my career to the First Time Homebuyer the mortgage interest rate was in the high teens and the market crashed. I received first hand experience from the sellers' who could not sell their homes due to market conditions. We had to find buyers', it took almost 10 years for that market to come, to the market we have experienced for at least 8 years, a Sellers' market. But, however the beginning of 2006, brought another turn, we are officially in a Buyers' market, as of the present time. A real challenge!!
Agents with strong negotiating skills, were in demand, I furthered my career by continuing to receive designations that would make me stand out in such a fast paced, quick selling, as a result made it an extremely pressured market for buyers to make decision. I was with Prudential New Jersey Properties until 2006, I left to go further and become a RE/MAX Broker/Associate
I am no longer a franchise but still will give the same quality and professionalism as always. You know the economy and the "subprime" is still with us. I am still a Buyers' Agent, and will be there to see this through................It will turn around I promise..........I will be here for you.
My new goal is to continue to list and sell real estate in New Jersey and to take advantage of my vast experience and be help you??

I handle all my own listings and sales, advertise my own listings, I am up on all technology and love it. Write my own Contracts and negotiate them, myself........deal with the attorneys personally and keep all calm to the closing table and then just hope everyone is satisfied with my professionalism, then we can have fun.............being that we are no longer a franchise we can offer more
