- A native South Carolinian, Kathy began her career in the Concrete and Block industries in the early 1980's and has been one of the Industries top promoters ever since. Her deep commitment to customer satisfaction and strong negotiating skills has awarded her successes in such projects as The Table Rock Water Filtration Plant, BMW, numerous school projects, Parade of Homes, and many residential projects through out Upstate SC.
Kathy attended Middle TN State University and is a member of the Bonita Estero Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the SWFL Real Estate Investors Association. Kathy enjoys being involved with church activities, missions and helping those in need. She is devoted to her family. - Yes Kathy it is great connecting with people in our field that know exactly what's going on in the real life with the Real Estate Industry, you talk to this banks and it seems like they are 50 years behind they don't care what the market is doing in our area they still want the money. I though they got bailed out to help the homeowners we are working with, but I guess they used it for bonuses. It's all about money but they still need people to continue their bussiness and without helping the homeowners to get pass this State of the Market is going to be very hard for all of US to continue doing bussiness.
