- I am a Real Estate Short Sale marketing specialist and have been license for 8 years. I have always preferred working with sellers more than buyers. When the market started to change I marketed myself to Short Sale sellers instead of the traditional seller. I work very hard to earn and keep my clients happy. I feel that these distressed assets and the sellers who hire me to market them deserve my attention to detail and due diligence as much as a traditional seller would. It reflects poorly on all of us in this industry when there is a home listed with no power, no water, dead grass and filth. I answer my phone, return emails and messages promptly and spend a lot of time talking and networking with other agents about my listings. I do all my own BPOs, open house, market updates and property checks. I continuously keep up to date with the market trend and educational courses.
