WF Apollo Loan Mod

Posted on August 8, 2011 at 3:41pm 0 Comments

I can't find much on this program online. I have a client that is approved for an Apollo Loan Mod, that defers a significant amount (>$26,000). It also extends the loan out 15 years more than the original loan. While is does save her money, she is inclined to turn it down. Would this negatively affect our ability to get a short sale approved?
