I put a short sale under contract in early April. The owner owes $695K and the offer was for $650K. I submitted all of the documentation through Equator. By early July I still did not have an answer from BOA despite every effort to get them to communicate on specifics. Three weeks ago, I escalated the file because I was told by the buyer's agent that the buyers were getting ready to walk. I made it clear to BOA that they were going to lose the buyer.
