"I would just have that buyer write a new offer at the reduced price and resubmit it through Equator. The process there is sometimes still lengthy, but at least a manager can do something if they aren't meeting their deadlines."

Once they receive it they will e-mail you the assigment and you have to respond "yes".

Hi Everyone, I have been working on two BOA shortsales. One since last June as the borrower tried to do a loan modification first we are continuously trying to get the file out of modifications. We have had letters, emails, and many phone calls. We also have everything in for the shortsales since June as well. But, now we have to start all over again with Equator. - I have been a full time Realtor for over 25 years. I relocated from the COLD Northeast to start enjoying my life. I still work full time but now I get to do it in Paradise. Southwest Florida was my choice when I bought here and then everyone wanted a piece of Paradise. Prices went up double digits in a year and there was an incredible boom. Yes, we took the hit with the economy but as a large percentage of our home owners are investors or second home owners they dropped their prices big in a short time. They needed to move and move fast. Therefore, the price drops that we saw. We have definately hit the bottom and I am now seeing more buyers to less homes. If the house is priced right.
I was associated with a large franchise until December and I just move my business to Souther Premier Realty in January of 2011.
