Does anyone have experience negotiating with second lienholder where investor is SDIC?  We have cleared three major liens and 1st SSA HAFA signoff but SDIC is holding for 15% on debt which is not possible.  Have you found them reasonable or unreasonable to deal with.  Servicer is old FASLO.See More
