It might help to have your HUD adjusted showing the payment to AMEX on it. I've found jr liens are easier to work with when they have a HUD in hand.

I received an email from BofA with attached HAFA docs. There are supposed to be six of them but I seem to be missing a Financial Worksheet and a Hardship worksheet. Any ideas? Can I use generic worksheets?
